For performing activities from the scope of work
that Trznica does, various sectors have been formed functioning as
organizational units:
1. Legal and General Affair Sector
2. Economic-financial Sector
3. Market Service Sector
4. Marketing and Development Sector
5. Control and Revision Department
LEGAL AND GENERAL AFFAIR
SECTOR
In Legal and General Affair Sector all legal
affairs are performed, as well as the affairs from the scope of
worker’s relations, personnel affairs, and affairs related to the
motor pool and estate, as well as personal insurance.
Within this sector two departments are formed:
- Legal Department
- General Affair Department
The activities performed in the Legal Department are: representing
companies before the court of law and other state organs, creating
normative acts of the companies, concluding all kinds of agreements,
providing specialist services and offering expert opinions, expert
affairs for the needs of administrative organs, all affairs within the
scope of worker’s relations, as well as personnel affairs.
In the General Affair Department the activities performed are of all
kinds of administrative and technical nature for the needs of the
Enterprise management organ, as well as receiving, forwarding,
recording and filing mail and other material, securing business
facilities, working with clients, message carrying, hygienic
maintenance of the business facilities. They also cover registration,
insurance and automobile inspection, car wash and repair, employee and
property insurance of the Enterprise, fire prevention control and
occupational health measures, usage control of HTP equipment and
driving motor vehicles.
ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL SECTOR
In the Economic-financial Sector all accounting and
bookkeeping activities are performed, as well as financial practice,
planning and analytical one, and commercial affairs.
Within this sector two departments are formed:
- Financial-accounting Department
- Commercial Department
In the Financial-accounting Department the following activities are
organized:
- formal, calculation and in-depth control and notarization of
bookkeeping documents
- all payments within the legal deadlines
- accounting affairs
- clearing wages and worker suspension
- making and tracking statistical reports
- gathering and completing bookkeeping documents
- filing all arising changes
- keeping business books, coordination of obligations and demands, as
well as coordination of actual means and means recourses, making
periodic accounts and the final account, and preparation of the
necessary reports
- making plans and rebalance plans, submitting reports on the work of
the enterprise, analysis, making record on daily and monthly
realization.
In the Commercial Department the activities performed are related to
the supply of basic means, small inventory and consumable material, as
well as storehouse jobs.
MARKET SERVICE SECTOR
In the Market Service Sector the activities
performed are related to charging market fees, charging the lease of
the market and business facility, management and organization of
market activities, maintenance of hygiene on the markets – cleaning
and washing the markets, preserving and respecting order on the
markets, regular using the facilities where the sales take place by
the users of the market services and renters of the market and
business facilities, as well as security services. Within the Market
Service Sector profit centers have been founded functioning as
separate organizational units.
MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT
SECTOR
In the Marketing and Development Sector the
activities performed are related to development and investments, jobs
from ADP (Automatic Data Processing) and informing, as well as
property and facility maintenance.
Within this sector two departments have been formed:
- Development and Investment Department, ADP and informing, and
- Maintenance Department
In the Development and Investment Department the activities performed
are related to making short-term, middle-term and long-term
development programs of the Enterprise, preparation of the elements
for agreeing on the investment construction, exterior and interior
market equipping, providing investment-technical documentation and
licenses for facility construction and infrastructure on the markets,
tracking of development programs, automatic data processing, newspaper
publishing, internal informing and creating web presentations of the
Enterprise, tracking of Enterprise development programs with the aim
of public informing, making promotional material for the Enterprise,
promoting service quality and market products.
In the Maintenance Department the activities performed are related to
maintenance and reparation of the facilities on the market and
business facilities of the Enterprise, maintenance of the communal
infrastructure, electrical and other devices, market plateaus, paths,
fences, green parts, faucets, devices and equipment.
CONTROL AND REVISION
DEPARTMENT
In Control and Revision Department the jobs done
are related to control of all affairs and assignments, control of
internal affairs of the Enterprise, of dealing with goods, of
material, financial and bookkeeping affairs, control of charging
market fees, making and applying normative acts and decisions, and
other control and revision activities related to the affairs of the
Enterprise. |
